After purchasing on Mercari, I used it a few times in my room at home and then stored it at home.
(No pets or smokers in the household)
I believe it is generally clean, but it has been in someone else's possession. Due to deterioration of the box and included manuals, it is listed as slightly scratched or dirty.
Also, as I am not knowledgeable about radio equipment, I cannot answer detailed questions.
